What is your return policy ?

All apparel shipped with in the U.S.A. can be returned for exchange or refunded. 
Hats and accessories sales are final and can not be returned.

If you want to return any item(s), you need to notify us with in 5 days of receipt of your package by email at sales@HatsAndSuits.com and give us the invoice number and item(s) that you want to return. We will then issue a RA# and email you. All items be returned with their original tags and package. You must return you package with a carrier that has tracking number. Upon receipt of your return(s), we will then issue a refund to your credit card less restocking fees if any, or exchange with another item upon your request.


What is the status of my return?

Returns will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive your package. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for the return credit to post to your card from the date your return is processed. For items to be exchanged, if they are in stock, we will ship to you within 3 days from the date we receive the package. If the item is on back order, it will be shipped upon arrival in stock. We will let you know the approximate delivery date.

 

How can I track the status of my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipment tracking number.


How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Orders shipped by UPS ground are usually received within 3-7 business days.


Shipping Methods (USA)

·                       Standard Shipping - Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are usually delivered within 3-7 business days from the order's ship date. Most Standard Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays).

·                       2nd Day Shipping - Orders shipped via 2nd Day Shipping are usually delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date. 2nd Day orders placed by 12:00 p.m. PST on a business day will usually be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. PST may be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays).

·                       Express 1 Day Shipping - Orders shipped Express 1 Day Shipping are usually delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date. Overnight orders placed by 12:00 p.m. PST on a business day will usually be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. PST will usually be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except major holidays).

 

What is the cost of shipping?

HatsAndSuits.com offers FREE U.S. ground shipping to 50 states. So, regardless of how many items you order, you will NOT PAY ANYTHING for shipping.

Can I exchange an item?

 If you notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order, you may exchange your items.

How much will I be charged for sales tax?

Sales tax is automatically applied to your order in accordance with individual state and local regulations if your shipping address is in California.


Can I change an existing order?

If your orders has not been processed and shipped, you may change your order.

 

Can I cancel an existing order?

An order can be cancelled if it is in Pending status. Orders that are processing or shipped cannot be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you wish to cancel a Pending order, the best way is to send us an email with your order number and item number, to sales@hatsandsuits.com

 

Can I re-route my shipped package to another shipping address?

For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped package to a secondary shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If our shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address that you provided, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and processed as a return. Additional freight charges or re-stocking fee may apply.

 

What if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please send us an email at sales@HatsAndSuits.com.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

HatsAndSuits.com is proud to accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card. We do not accept cash, checks or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.).

 

When will I be billed for my order?

You will be billed for your order at the time it ships from our warehouse.

 

How do I change my email preferences or account information?

The item I want is sold out. Will you get more in?

Generally, once a product is sold out, it is unlikely that we will receive another shipment. Products that we carry may only be available to us in limited sizes and quantities. However, we receive new merchandise every day, so we suggest that you check the site regularly for your must-have item.

 

I forgot my password.

If you forget your password, we can e-mail it to your account's email address. If you would like to do that now, please follow the instructions below:

·                       Click on My Account located in the top navigation bar.

·                       Directly under the password field is a link that says "Forgot your Password?"

·                       Type your email address and click the "Request a New Password"

·                       We will send an email with a new password. For security purposes, your original password will be reset by our system.

·                       When you're ready to proceed to check out, enter your email address and your new password to login.

In any instance where you have discovered or suspect fraud, you need to immediately contact your credit card company.
