RETURNS

All apparels shipped in the U.S.A. can be returned for exchange or refund with in 5 days of receipt of package.

Hats and accessories are final sale and can not be returned.

If you want to return any item(s), you must request a RA# with in 5 days of receipt of your package by email at
sales@HatsAndSuits.com and give us the invoice number and item(s) that you want to return. 

Any items Returned/Exchanged must include the original tags, hangers,  packaging - and must be in new, un-worn condition.

We will then issue you a Return Authorization number (RA#) by email. All items must be returned with their original tags and package. Please return your package with a carrier that has a tracking number; for example UPS or FEDEX. 
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Upon receipt of your return, we will then issue a refund, less restocking fees if any, to your credit card, or exchange with another item upon your request.

All other returns with our RA# will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee and the balance will be refunded to your credit card. 

If you do not accept an order which you have placed, we will charge a restocking fee of 20% for the amount of the order plus freight charges and fees and the balance will be refunded to your credit card.

We are not responsible for any Dry Cleaning damages
